The Histories of Lantynkind is a fantasy book series beginning with The Smoke Charmer's Tale.
It is set in the Grey Realm, a world inhabited by lantyns, a people with glass skin who have lost the inner light their anscestors once possessed. Ever since that moment eons ago, all vibrant colour seemed to drain from the world: thus they named that event the World's Greying. Now different powers claim to offer the return of light, but the wrong choice will have devastating consequences. ​

The original manuscript for The Smoke Charmer's Tale was too long for the publishers; thus, it has been adapted to form a trilogy. Book One retains the original title, but keep an eye out - there are more books to come!
